The
South Austin Hot Rodder’s
Association is a club for all Performance Automotive Enthusiast. It was
started by David & Sharla Dean in the summer of 2004 for true
enthusiasts that appreciate all aspects of High Performance vehicles. SAHRA consists of true enthusiasts
that enjoy building their own cars as well as driving them, racing them and
showing them. People wanting to learn more about cars, or to improve their
cars and trucks are absolutely welcome to join. SAHRA members have multiple skills, from welding, fabrication,
paint and body, A/C, engine building, wiring, stereo, air brushing,
exhaust/muffler work, we can pretty much do it all. SAHRA is not restricted to any make or model, as we range from
T- buckets, 30’s - 40’s model Roadsters and Coupes, old Chevys, Corvettes,
and Camaros, to the newer F-body cars, Lightnings, Supras, and we even have
Lamborghini replicas. SAHRA meetings are usually held on
the second Friday evening of each month at David
Dean’s shop.
